Kyle has always had a passion for our system of justice. Kyle earned his bachelors of science in Criminal Justice from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas.
Kyle graduated first in his class from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). In addition to participating in national appellate competitions while in school, Kyle interned for the Second District Court of Appeals for Fort Worth and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Kyle obtained his appreciation for and attention to detail while serving as the Managing Editor for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Kyle and his wife Katie have two children, live in the Near Southside neighborhood in Fort Worth, and are active members in their church.
